Terms & Conditions — Cortina Infinity AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cortinainfinityai.com, cortinainfinity.com, or any Cortina Infinity AI product (including AKIRA Pendrive Edition, Naira AI, and related services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Products & Services

Cortina Infinity AI offers AI software products including:

AKIRA Pendrive Edition — Private offline AI on USB (₹45,000). Governed additionally by the AKIRA EULA.
Naira AI — Mobile AI assistant (subscription). Governed by in-app terms.
SAM-AI — Enterprise AI hardware system. Governed by separate enterprise agreement.
Website services, APIs, and online tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use Cortina Infinity AI products. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally competent to enter into this agreement.

4. Payment & Refunds

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due in full before delivery.

AKIRA Pendrive: No refund after activation (hardware-bound license).
If the product is defective on arrival (DOA), contact us within 7 days for replacement evaluation.
Subscription products: Cancel anytime; no pro-rata refund for the current billing period.
Chargebacks initiated fraudulently will result in immediate license revocation and legal action.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use any Cortina Infinity AI product or service for: illegal activity · fraud · scam · phishing · spam · money laundering · tax evasion · hate speech · harassment · defamation · creating deepfakes without consent · circumventing law enforcement · generating weapons instructions · any activity prohibited under Indian law or applicable international law. Violations result in immediate termination, no refund, and may result in criminal prosecution.

6. AI Disclaimer

All AI outputs from Cortina Infinity AI products are for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. Cortina Infinity AI is not liable for any decision made based on AI outputs. Always consult a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and AI models on cortinainfinityai.com and cortinainfinity.com are the exclusive property of Cortina Infinity AI. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).

8. Limitation of Liability

Cortina Infinity AI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Cortina Infinity AI is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

Cortina Infinity AI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
